ABOUT THE SSC PROGRAM

The Soccer Science Connect program offers an innovative approach to achieving excellence in physical performance. With 32 sessions carefully structured for the dynamics of soccer, we help athletes of all levels reach their maximum potential. Each session focuses on physical enhancement and correcting weaknesses with specific interventions for balanced development aligned with each player’s tactical function. 

A training method that maximizes physical performance through specific and preventive exercises adapted to the age and biological individuality of young athletes.

In the SSC Program, all athletes must complete 32 sessions, one per week, regardless of when they start the season. The goal is to complete each stage, advancing through the 4 levels of workload and progression to achieve maximum physical condition and enhance on-field performance.

M.A.P. Tracking

Performance Metrics Monitoring
  • We use maximum speed achieved in 30 meters to assess neuromuscular capacity, considering total and partial time, acceleration, power, strength, consistency, biomechanical efficiency, and fatigue level. 
Long-Term Development Structure
  • Physical tests conducted weekly during training sessions to monitor sequential changes and help set realistic goals to optimize athletic performance. 
Adjustments with Advanced Technology
  • We use the latest evaluation and monitoring technologies to provide accurate and relevant data related to athlete development. 
Benchmarking Report
  • The Benchmarking Report collects and analyzes data throughout the season. Using the Speed Log (SSC Algorithm), we periodically record maximum speed over 30 meters, establishing performance benchmarks, evolution trends, and a reference benchmark for comparisons across different player profiles, ages, and positions.
